Dear Dinara, many people know you as a successful businesswoman, but who knows your path to the top. Let's tell this story to the world. Please share how and why did your success story begin?

 

My story began in early childhood, from the very fact of my birth, because my mother was told that she could not have more children. My birth was a real miracle for the family.

 

My dad, during his short but eventful life, managed to surround me with incredible love and care. He treated in a special way, always insisting on the importance of our thoughts and their impact on our lives.

 

Dad taught us that every action begins with intention, and he illustrated this with real-life examples, asking interesting questions in a playful way. I grew up with the understanding that success begins with the right desires and intentions. A key factor in my success was the fact that my parents were respected and successful people in Turkestan. My father, an excellent police officer, head of the criminal investigation department and police lieutenant colonel, still evokes warm memories among everyone who knew him, and his photo still hangs in the police department.

 

Mom is also an example that played an important role in my life. She headed the largest grocery store in Turkestan. I didn’t go to kindergarten, but was with her and constantly watched how she created her team of salespeople in the store, and what management decisions she made.

 

For me, my mother has always been an example of perseverance, hard work and determination.

 

My mother always shared her knowledge with me, told me how important it is to be honest and openminded, to be able to listen and understand people. She taught me to appreciate every minute and showed by her example that a woman can be successful in any business if she really wants it.

 

I have always said with pride and will continue to say how proud I am to be the daughter of my parents.

 

 

What key moments and influences in your life helped you begin your career journey and become a successful businesswoman?

In 2016, there was another turning point for me. I was always inspired and proud of my parents, and never missed an opportunity to express my admiration if the conversation related to family.

 

Once in a conversation I was asked a question: “How proud can your parents be of you? When people start asking, are you Dina Rozbaevna’s mother?”

 

This question became really significant for me during that period. I knew that my parents loved me and were proud of my every achievement and success in life. But at that moment this question made me think deeply. I realized that I was just a good worker.

 

The question of how proud my parents could be of me became the catalyst for change. He helped me set new goals and see new ways for my development. I realized that, despite their pride, I must strive for more in order to meet not only their expectations, but also my own ambitions.

 

This period became an incentive for me to develop myself and search for new opportunities, allowing me not only to continue the family legacy, but also to develop it at a new level.

 

Before this period, I had already reached certain heights and was a valuable employee in Justice, the Tax Committee and the Migration Police. This whole journey was connected with working on documentation. It all started completely by accident and unexpectedly. I graduated from a pedagogical university with a degree in philology, but did not want to be a teacher. However, computer skills and language skills led me to this field of activity.

 

Many already knew me and recommended me to the new management as a responsible employee. My bosses always treated me with respect, as I was truly capable of solving problems that many were unable to do. This important stage in my life taught me to communicate with people, understand them better and find an approach to everyone. I was able to evaluate my ability to perform tasks at a high level and with excellence.

 

However, every boss saw great potential in me and told me that I shouldn’t linger in the archives. They understood that my leaving would affect them, but they still pushed me to go further and achieve greater heights.

A period of stagnation occurred at the moment when I left the public service for reserve.

Important People and Moments

 

It’s interesting how in life I always meet the right people at the right moment who give me guidance or motivation. We may have already lost contact with many, but I remember everyone and their contribution. I really have some kind of power that attracts strong, wise, intelligent people with whom I began to open the world of big business.

 

Special thanks to my family, especially my mother. She was and remains my support and support. She never made my life difficult, and for all my dreams, she always said that I would achieve it. Mom helped me break down my dreams into specific goals and steps that would lead to results.

The Impact of Right Thinking on Financial Decisions

 

In 2015, Dina Rozbaevna decided to learn financial literacy, and immediately began to apply the acquired knowledge in her life. This step opened up new opportunities for her, allowing her to transform a small salary into the basis for creating her own large business.

 

A person's financial well-being is inextricably linked to his financial habits and way of thinking. For Dina, before starting to work with financial instruments, it is important to start by working on the mindset of each client.

 

 

 

Positive and constructive thinking helps you make smart financial decisions, effectively allocate resources, and plan your budget. On the contrary, negative thought patterns such as fear, mistrust, or hopelessness can lead to unconscious spending, debt, and financial difficulties.

 

What was your path like?

After successfully implementing certain tools and rewiring my own thinking, I began teaching people financial literacy for free. I enjoyed every step of the process, sharing my knowledge while honing my skills in financial management and creating positive wealth for business and personal wealth.

I currently work as a financial advisor, supporting my clients' various needs, including working with their businesses. I help entrepreneurs optimize costs, develop strategies to increase income and create financial stability.

 

My clients are often entrepreneurs who have high income but do not see their profit. My task is to find these bottlenecks and optimize expenses, offer strategies for further earnings and increase their income.

 

Also, among my clients are people who want to make money, open their own business, perhaps already having an idea. But they face a number of difficulties: how to start, how to implement it correctly, and often they do not have start-up capital. Working with such clients means that we build a financial plan, select a niche in which they are strong, and work out the entire strategy for launching a business.

 

The hardest work is with entrepreneurs who have misused their finances and are in debt. I notice this problem: people are inspired by their idea, but do not fully understand how to implement it, do not take into account many risks and nuances, and take out a loan without having a strategy for repaying it.

What is the role of thinking in financial management?

 

There is a problem: when a person does business only for the sake of money, without pleasure and interest, it often leads to burnout, and the negative emotional state of the entrepreneur negatively affects his activities.

 

If a person does not feel inspired at work, no tools or instructions will help him. Emotional state and motivation play a key role in financial success. The use of financial instruments will be useless if the emotional state interferes with the adequate perception and use of these instruments.

 

Before my financial literacy training, I had absolutely no start-up capital. But after applying the acquired knowledge, changing my thinking and managing my finances, which were small at the time, I was able to increase my positive capital. This became possible thanks to the system that I developed for myself and successfully invested the accumulated capital in my business.

 


Startup OBBO: From Idea to Successful Marketplace

The OBBO marketplace offers comfortable purchases of any goods without leaving your home, with delivery throughout Tajikistan.

 

How did the idea of creating an online marketplace for making purchases in Tajikistan come about, given the lack of such platforms until recently?

 

In a world where online shopping is becoming increasingly popular, Tajikistan has lagged behind without online marketplaces. This gap in the market inspired me to initiate the creation of the first marketplace in the country. The Almighty gave me the opportunity to realize my idea.

 

In 2020, I won a training grant from the European Association for Business Development and Reconstruction. There I described my idea as a startup, assembled a team of programmers, because this is a global development that requires large investments.

 

Unfortunately, my partners were more concerned about the financial investment in platform development and wanted to save money rather than bring value with our product. Because of this, we developed the wrong platform model, and it’s good that I realized this in time and we stopped cooperation.

 


 

At the pitching of the startup championship, I met the right people who helped for six months to lead and work out the marketplace strategy, and subsequently the implementation in development and marketing promotion. These are the founders of Armar Solutions, Nikita Shpirt and Raf Kaufman - we are currently business partners.

 

I am also grateful to my partners, with whom we created a valuable and innovative product for the Tajikistan market - the OBBO platform. Partner and mentor Khalikov Anvar, partners Abdulazizov Ilkhomzhon, Kholikov Farkhod, Sadullaev Lutfullou, Dadaboev Ravshanjon.

 

What problems did you encounter in developing your own marketplace?

 

Initial problems arose in the field of IT development and digitalization, since my colleagues and I did not have sufficient experience and knowledge in this area. However, we successfully overcame this problem by seeking help from a team of specialists and regular consultations with them.

 

Then we were faced with the problem of low readiness of the Tajikistan market for online shopping. People did not understand how it should work and what benefits it could have. Suppliers viewed us as competitors rather than as an opportunity to expand their business.

 

The next problem was the lack of qualifications of the staff, who did not understand how to sell a new product on the market. This forced us to provide additional training to our employees.

 

In addition to developing and establishing partnerships with suppliers, we have been actively working to introduce a culture of online purchasing and selling in Tajikistan.

 

Your marketplace works great and is gaining popularity among residents of Tajikistan. Tell us how you managed to achieve this, given the lack of similar stores in this market? And what innovations are planned?

 

A lot of work has been done to introduce online shopping culture through marketing strategies and campaigns. Detailed study of the market, behavioral patterns of various audience segments.

 

Our task is to show people how safe and convenient it is to make purchases on the Internet and, of course, provide them with this opportunity.

 

Our marketplace includes a wide loyalty and discount program to make it interesting for people to make their first online purchase and understand all its benefits.

 

We already have brand recognition, audience loyalty, foreign suppliers are starting to connect to the platform; We have cooperation with 5 banks that provide our clients with installment plans.

 

OBBO is already in partnership with Arvand Bank, which is interested in becoming a shareholder of the marketplace. They also introduce support for women's entrepreneurship through our platform. Now girls will be able to sell their products with a social subscription in their personal account.

 

Thus, we provide an opportunity for women in Tajikistan to realize their business and encourage them to become independent and start their own business.

What is the current situation in the field of digitalization in Central Asia?

 

Digitalization in Kazakhstan is actively developing and becoming increasingly important. The state is making significant efforts to create digital infrastructure and introduce technologies that significantly improve the quality of life and increase management efficiency.

 

As the owner of a business related to digitalization and a financial consultant who worked with multiple areas of activity, I saw my benefits for my colleagues and took the position of CEO in the company.

 

What opportunities does digitalization provide for business?

 

At a minimum, huge savings in time when automating all business processes, which can be used for its further development.

 

Working with documentation in Excel, I was already using digitalization without knowing it. But these opportunities are even wider than it seems, especially in business.

 

Digitalization is an opportunity to automate routine tasks, which reduces the cost of specialist work, such as accounting reports, order processing, etc.

 

With digital tools, companies can quickly analyze large amounts of data to identify new opportunities in the market. Quickly forecast demand and manage risks.

What business needs does the company solve and how do you realize your potential at Armar Solutions Kazakhstan?

 

The company consists of a large number of specialists from different countries and primarily provides digitalization and marketing services. When many ambitious people, professionals in their field, gather in one place, this team has great opportunities and solves many customer requests.

 

We are working on creating startups. The client has accumulated capital and wants to invest it in venture investments. We determine the niche and market with the client using various analytical tools and work out the optimal strategy for implementing the project. We have successful startups such as Medical Solutions, which is already in demand in the Kazakhstan market and provides medical tourism in Korea.

 

The company also deals with solving various business problems by providing expert advice and developing strategies, and has an IT development department. We are currently developing a platform for the international center for human development "SAMO", which offers training on business management, financial literacy, personal growth and other important topics for modern people.

 

Here I can use my experience and knowledge to help clients solve various problems and achieve their goals. In the company I realize my creative potential and always find innovative and effective solutions for each client. Being part of this team, I feel that my contribution really matters, and I can make positive changes in the business of clients of different sizes, thereby developing the Central Asian market, bringing innovations to the lives of ordinary residents of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and others countries of Central Asia.

 

 

In what areas would you be interested in collaborating with women? What projects are you ready to support and initiate your own?

 

I am the director of the international club of successful women of Kazakhstan.

 

I sincerely thank the club for the opportunities provided for self-development and knowledge exchange. Thanks to the support of the club, I not only gained valuable knowledge, but also happily shared it with other women, contributing to their growth and success.

 

I collaborate a lot with women and am always open to new collaborations. On an ongoing basis, I pass on my knowledge and skills to girls through webinars, various forums and masterminds, in which I participate as a speaker.

 

In my work, I am inspired by helping girls become successful. I do not take credit for the achievements of my students. The Almighty gives everyone their own, and I only become a reason for them to become more successful. And I am very happy when I become the reason for the success of different people. I want to communicate with successful, fulfilled and happy women and only increase the number of such people. In addition, I am incredibly inspired by communication with already very successful girls who motivate me and others with their example.

How has the definition of the word “Success” changed in the modern world? How can you explain the concept of “successful woman”? What values, traditions and rules in life are important to you?

 

The definition of the word “success” has changed significantly in the modern world. Previously, success meant wealth, social status and career growth. Now this list has expanded with: personal happiness, work-life balance, emotional and physical health, contribution to the development of one’s society.

 

A successful woman, in my opinion, is one who has realized her goals in various aspects of life and strives for the above points of modern success. Self-development is an important aspect for me. Constant desire to improve your knowledge and skills, openness to new ideas and experiences.

 

Also, my success is having strong partners, and I am deeply grateful to everyone. Together we create a business that brings a lot of benefit and value. I am grateful to the entire OBBO team and everyone who collaborates with me on various projects.
